We met Addie in August 2024; she was extremely thorough with any property we researched and wanted to see in person. We looked at nearly a dozen homes, and made numerous offers and counteroffers. She was very professional, advised us as needed, and we closed on a new home in mid-September 2024. Addie will be our realtor in any future Ocean Shores property sale and/or purchase!!

I have loved working with Addie. Her abilities to be informative, caring and a woman of integrity made a tough situation with a distant lender doable; I felt extremely supported. She knows her community and I was welcomed which I appreciated because I was new. Addie is excellent! She's a local who knows the area indepth; from zoning codes to nearest beach access! I was a 1st time home buyer who had a lot of uncertainty. Addie looked at a lot of homes with me and made the buying process as smooth as possible. I'm five years in and still happy with my home and grateful to call Addie my realtor. Thank you Addie
