FYI They take lunch from 12:00 to 1:30. Waited for almost a hour. The girl came back from lunch, go straight to the phone and left me waiting till he was done with her phone call ugh. No profesional only one person in the counter and ahe is just chatting away..

Had to pull permit for a simple bathroom remodeling. Converting a Tub to Walk-in shower. They charged us $1,200 for just the permit!! When I called to check if I was overcharged they replied "you were supposed to pay around $1,500 it was a mistake in our calculations. " Speechless.

The worst, most unhelpful man works there. We had a customer with an emergency repair and was told there was nothing the could be done to help them get their gas/heat on in freezing cold weather. Long story short I was able to bypass this mean man in the building department by connecting with someone else on the phone and that person was able to solve the problem in less than 5 minutes. He showed zero empathy for the family needing heat and hot water, turns out all he had to do was look up a number on his computer and would not do so.
