The staff was so good. I'm writting this review because the staff that day deserves to have me write it. Product knowledge: Excellent. Respectful, proffesional, zero attitude problems. Kind, upbeat...etc. Had the shoe i wanted in my size and the shoe i didnt realize i also wanted, again in my size. Yes bought the 2 pair. Accolades to the manager or...to who's responsible for the great staff. Selection options were vast.

My son was treated like a low class homeless person. He asked for shorts to buy and this person said “yes” but they’re $120. My son did not ask how much they were, he asked if they had any.. My son has more money then that person, makes in a year!! The other male worker treated my son with respect, the other one did not!! Beware when you shop there, have your guard up. In my opinion, he acted like my son couldn’t afford to shop in there. My son in-law who is black /Filipino was treated with no problem at all..

Lazy staff more concerned with chatting about how high they got the night before. Came in for one of the newest shoes. Told I needed to check the outlet malls because the guy at the counter could not be bothered to even check his tablet. I was then told that the Adidas store only carries up to size 9 on all shoes.
If I spent that much for that retail space I would want every single sale I could get, these associates did not care.
