I love the adidas brand and always have however the customer service has gone down hill and apparently no bone cares. My last call to customer service the representative MACARICAR did not know antyhting about the point system. I had a simple question which turned into a nightmare because every time she put me on hold for 3-4 minutes she would come back and tell me something that had nothing to do with my question. Then asked me for the last 4 of my credit card when my question had nothing to do with my last pure chase. It got to the point of ridiculousness a whopping 44:18 minutes on the phone and I finally asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold 5 times each time telling me I was holding for a manager but then coming back and asking for my phone number for a manager to call me 24 hours later. She was putting me on hold with no intentions of getting a manager on the phone. Adidas needs to do better if it wants to keep their customers because I for one will go elsewhere if it means better customer service.
I always order online. But most of the models that are available in Germany are not in America, I ordered many things, but the quality is not up to par. I love the brand. I hope everything will be fine in the future.
