It's fascinating how a world-class tech company can make quantum leaps in technology but can't figure out how to let a small-revenue, individual account like mine cancel a subscription. The endless retention dance with your chat agents makes you look more like a clingy ex than a leading tech firm. If this is innovation, I'd hate to see what you consider outdated.

Had to factory reset my Mac just to uninstall creative cloud. What a joke.
