I called to make a payment for my car insurance. I had the papers they sent me with the total and when I called for some reason it went up $100. I asked the lady why it was $100 more and she said since im renewing it. I told her that I had never heard of that fee since I've been a customer for 5 years. I told her it didn't make sense why it was $100 more and hung up. I called another one of there places and they charged me correctly without adding $100. Don't come here unless you want to get charged more.m for no reason.

Called today to get help setting up new insurance for my car and had such a pleasant experience. Claudia Ceja from Bakersfield helped me. Claudia was personable and friendly. Claudia was also very informative and was able to get me a good deal! Definitely recommend calling Adrianas insurance and asking for Claudia Ceja as your representative!

Was unknowingly charged 300$ when buying insurance over the phone for their brokers fee (which is way to high for just a brokers fee) I called my representative and they said they would be able to give me some kind of refund and continued to tell me over 3 weeks that they would reach out to me but never would, and there would always be a reason to not give me a refund. In the end they did offer 100$ and a better rate but I was really upset with there customer service that I cancelled
