We did our move in cleaning. The initial cleaning wasn’t that satisfactory as advertised. Lots of spots I had to clean myself. However, I’m giving it four stars because they were fast and accommodating on doing a follow up service. It’s a bit unfortunate that the cleaners were rough on the blind cleanings and now I realize that some of the blinds are not working. However, overall I’d recommend and I think Carissa was very helpful in every aspect.

Living in a large, 2 story condo, we were debating moving, but decided to see if getting the unit cleaned by pros would enable us to remain here. Adrianne's Housekeeping has made all the difference! 3 women, always thorough and cheerful, arrive within a 2-hr window and clean for an hour. I still do a few tasks, but leave the "hard stuff" to them, especially vacuuming, mopping and 3 bathrooms. We are very happy with the service, especially my favorite crew, the most familiar with my needs. The only issue I can dig up as that it isn't always the same crew that arrives--still a cheerful and thorough crew, however--though my faves have recently become more regular. My highest recommendation!

We had a month's worth of cleaning, and now everything looks beautiful and feels great. Thank you so much for an outstanding job. I loved that I didn't need to direct anything outside of providing my cleaning checklist via Google Docs. The team knew exactly what to do and how to handle it. I am very impressed! I am also very grateful that the team respected our ferrets (one group in their cage in my office and the other group in their own room) and didn't disrupt them. The ferrets slept through the majority of cleaning and that tells me they were comfortable with everyone who came into the house. We would like to request Team 1 again for all of our cleanings. We are looking forward to the next service date.
