We had Fred R come out to our home and replace a sensor. Professional and very informative- a great asset to your company. He went through our existing service and discussed other services ADT offered which we were unaware of. Thank you for the excellent service by your representative as well as your company.

I had ADT install 14 monitoring systems and Peter installed at least half of those. He is quick, honest and very nice! Most important to me is he knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable from the product, the services and the install. I appreciated his services very much!

My family and I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Isla. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. Peter took his time and did not rush through the installation process. He answered all of our questions clearly; And because my folks aren’t huge tech savvy individuals, Peter also returned to our home the same day, so that he could walk us all through the initial setup of the alarm system. Peter, thank you so much for all your hard work and patience. You were great!
