Toby came to our home to address several issues with our system. He was very knowledgeable and quick! He solved all of our issues with our system. He was pleasant to deal with and patient with my questions about how the system works and what was wrong. He kindly waited while I made multiple calls to my husband to ensure that everything we needed fixed was communicated correctly. He explained upgrade options without being pushy. We have been ADT customers for 17 years and have been very happy with the service.

ADT has gone seriously downhill and I would never recommend them to someone I liked. They charged $1,400 to install a system with 2 moisture sensors that CANNOT work properly. (They are designed such that the water has to be several inches deep before the alarm is triggered.) The sensor on one sliding door were installed such that opening the door knocked it off. After about 3 months the glue is already failing on the sensors. Whenever I fill out a survey ADT just says call and explain your problem. Except that... there's no phone tree item for "Defective product", so the robot just hangs up on you. I hate ADT with a passion, even though I used to love them. Can't wait until my contract is up.

The service installation I received from Josh today was amazing and his customer service skills were above average, in my opinion. While I have had ADT installations in other homes, and the technicians were kind, Josh was friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the ADT products. I didn't ever feel pressured to make a decision or add a product to my system either. He was patient and made himself available for all of my questions throughout the process. When the installation was finished, he walked me through all of the functions of my system, and I believe he was very thorough.
