Worst customer service ever, sales people don’t know what they are doing! ADT used to be great and has gone down the tubes Bigtime!

I am unable to use the Pulse doorbell. Tech arrived and advised the doorbell transformer might be inop. So called ADT since they offer a battery kit for the doorbell. They have now hung up twice on me so now will contact corporate and cancel service fr failure to address our service issues.
