Chose any of the other auto part stores within a mile of this one on hwy 99, they treat their employees better.
They couldn't respond to potential hires after the post application - into hiring process due to "spelling errors". No respect to the applicant or hiring process. Seth and the Hr team are disconnected and run a cheap show for a new store. Ill forever take my money elsewhere and tell everyone I encounter to do so as well.
Very poor customer service. The way the employees communicate with the customer is very unprofessional, and I’m not referring to their knowledge on parts but to just their overall attitude. Definitely recommend going to either Oreilly’s, Cost Less, or NAPA on HWY 99. All three of those locations have been great. Both times I’ve been at this location, I’ve come in asking if they have either a tool in stock or a type of oil. Both requests were simple and should be quick answers. Both times I’ve tried to give the place a shot, 2 different employees had poor attitude and made it appear helping a customer was an inconvenience.
I normally do not care about stuff like this nor do I ever do reviews but with my experiences with this store and the fact that there are several other stores pretty much next door, I advise fellow customers to just take their business elsewhere.
