Over the last 15 years I've been to AutoZone, O'Reilys, Advance Auto parts numerous times I prefer Advance over the other 2. The employees are always friendly & offered to help install the battery I purchased, a set of windshield wipers, & diagnosed my alternator. Every other place hasn't offered & I had to ask if for help. Also, I like that this place is a drop spot for UPS packages.

I purchased a few parts and tools from here and, I was told that one particular tool I purchased could be returned for a full refund if it was undamaged. I went to return it today and Jaime working the counter today, refused to honor that promise. And, was rude, unprofessional, and should not be working with customers. I told him that if they didn't honor what I was guaranteed when I bought the tool I would never purchase anything from them again. He said that didn't bother him. I would recommend not using this parts store for your parts and tools because they can not be trusted or care about their customers!
