I ordered a part. They had it. I showed up. I bought it. It was ready faster than expected. The cashier was affable. Don't remember his name. Said he was somewhat new.

I am a manager and placed an order last night for a part needed for a very lengthy job. I was told by Tasha the part would be here first thing this morning. It is now 12:20 pm and have been told the part will be here any minute 3 times. She will not let me speak to a manager or give me her regional managers contact info. I have had numerous bad experiences with this store on Powell Blvd. I have now called corporate and filed a formal complaint. I do not recommend using this location for anything. Very bad business and customer service.

Very nice to the point treat you like you're one of them I really like this they actually get down and dirty and look in a paperback book to get the perks that you really need love this place
