The best pawn shop in the valley!! I have been all over the place and I found a home at Advance! This is my go to pawn shop when im in a bind!! The people are friendly and they are more than fair with the pricing! I always leave with more than i expected! I have also purchased jewelry here and my pieces are amazing! Even my engagement ring came from here. If you're looking for an exceptional experience I would definitely recommend coming to Advance Jewelry & Loan.

Unfortunately, the one-star reviews are true and I fell for the amount I was given when selling some things. Considering the condition the items were in, it was understandable, but, I was still sold short due to the pieces being meltable scrap which is what I knew I'd be selling them for. Also tried to tell me diamonds are worthless when they're small. :/

Scam, Beware. They charged me a $300 deposit to just hold a diamond piece for me. I had someone look at the piece the next day and it was definitely not worth the price they were asking for. When I asked for at least a partial refund on my deposit, she (the owner) made a scene as if I am asking for something illegal, really harsh and rude! She has zero sense of customer care and a real con. You will be better off doing business somewhere else.
