The providers are great (5 Stars), but the front staff (1 star) made it challenging to make an appointment.
My review really reaffirms what Paulina K. was said below.
Front staff didn't seem to be strong communicators or too knowledgeable with Moda insurance as they had misquoted me (according to my insurance). Big difference from 30% pt. resp. and $25 copay. Or maybe not -- I never knew because they never gave me an answer.
Edit: After talking with Shirin, she said she had taken down my phone number wrong from the secretary rather than pulling it from my record. Explains quite a bit, but still had the feeling that she was trying to gaslight me into thinking the communication issues on their end were my fault.
