Can we leave a negative review?! Thank you for having me drive 45 miles to come see you, and thank you for verifying my insurance at the time that I made my appointment, just so I could be told upon arrival that you don't take my insurance! Seriously, who are you people?! Why could you not contact me this morning to say that you don't want to take my insurance? And who was it that verified my insurance when I made the appointment?! Awful!!

My 1st time at this dermatologist. Appointment was fine. A biopsy was done of a mole and I was told I would hear back from them in 1 1/2 weeks with results and to schedule a follow up appointment. My appointment was 11/2 and I received my biopsy results on 11/10/20 directly from the lab. Waited for office to call me and explain what the results mean but never heard from anyone. Called the office on 11/18/20 and waited on hold for 16 minutes before being hung up on. Called back and after another 10 minute hold was told my results would be printed and the doctor would call me at the end of the day after they were done seeing patients. Never received a call. Called again 11/19/20 and was told the location I go to is actually closed on Thursday and Friday so to call back Monday for results. I told the staff member I have my results but would like the doctor to explain what they mean. I was put on hold and she came back on the line to now say they don't see any results for me in the 3 places they normally look. I told her I am looking at my biopsy results right now how can they not see it? She said she will check with other staff and then call me back before the end of the day. Still no one called me back. Totally unprofessional to never follow up. Sad that this is the new dermatology group my insurance now covers.

This is the first dermatologist I’ve ever seen and frankly I couldn’t be happier with my recent visits. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The doctor and PA are both knowledgeable and good at what they do. They answer the phones quickly, don’t have crazy waiting periods to get an appointment scheduled, and I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes in the lobby. I’m happy my primary physician referred me here! Thank you!
