I’ve been a patient of Dr. Berlin for a couple years now, and have had a few root canals treated. My appointment was easy to schedule with his friendly staff, and have always been on time. Most importantly, his work is quick and painless. I felt nothing. Even after the numbing had worn off, my pain or discomfort was little to none (after Advil for a day). I would recommend Dr. Berlin to any of my family and friends. He has also been thoughtful enough to follow-up with a phone call to check-in after all treatments. His attention to care for his patients and work are second to none. Highly professional; beyond excellent work and amazing experience; easily scheduled appointments/ great time management; highest standard of care; and best materials, technology and equipment for treatment.

I was referred to Advanced Endodontics from my regular dentist due to ongoing pain in my back tooth. Dr. Berlin was willing to see me the same day to diagnose the need for a root canal. On the day of the procedure he walked me through what to expect and would regularly check on me throughout the procedure. The entire thing went smoothly and I did not feel pain. I appreciated the check in call that evening. Very few doctors follow up after a visit.

Provided my insurance name and card info when booking my appointment (2 weeks ahead), and was only told when checking in for the appointment that they don’t take Cigna PPO.
