I loved the atmosphere and how newly furnished everything looked. It was my first visit and I am very pleased with the customer service the Optometrist and staff provided. The staffs were very patient with my indecisive self on choosing the perfect glasses. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star is that none of the machines I was told to use were sanitized. Usually, the machines are supposed to be wiped down right before my use. I was told to use about 5 machines and not one of the staffs and doc sanitized them. I saw left over makeup on the last machine I used to measure my pupil distances, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be rude. However, this is not such a big issue to me because I will for sure be more assertive on having them sanitize the machines.

I was very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and competence of the staff. Above all, I was enamored with Dr. S. Takher's technique and bedside manner. His knowledge was impressive, his diagnostic skill was efficient and effective, and he delivered his analysis concisely and with patience for my questions. I would recommend Dr. Takher to my family and loved ones without hesitation.

I have been going to the eye doctors for over 30 years. These guys by far are the best I have ever been to! Dilating your eyes are a thing of the past! They have such cool technology there. Very friendly staff and very update to date with insurance practices and policy's. I really don't know how a eye doctor could get any better. Will be coming back for many years. 5 Stars all the way around! Great job guys!
