Customer service is not of importance here.
They overcharge and unethical.
Last time the doctor he said he was taking a sample of skin in my foot. He never sent me results when asked but charged me a lot of money for tests that were never submitted.
When you ask a question the doctor gets upset and doesn't want to respond just wants to concentrate on filing the nails.
I will also speak to my doctor about sending referrals elsewhere where patients are not treated like a number!

My experience in this clinic was great, the doctor was very nice and clearly knew his stuff well. He clearly wanted to help a single working mom with arch pain out. The reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because the orthotics they made for me were made from a 3D image and were not even close to fitting my arches. They took a month to make on top of that. My pain increased from wearing them. I went to Andersons Comfort Footwear and they had me put my foot into a mold. They handmade me a pair of orthotics that took 3 days to make and eliminated 100% of my pain. When I tried to return the orthotics that did not work for me, made in the lab, they told me that they could not be returned but that they could adjust them. I told them no thank you, I was able to get something else made for me that worked much better. I wasted $150. Yes the custom handmade orthotics at Andersons are more expensive but they are worth it and you save a lot of time waiting by getting your needs met with them.

Since being referred to Dr. Serge Barlam in July, I've received nothing short of exceptional care from him and his staff. He really sympathized with my situation and worked with me to go through the steps of healing at my pace without pushing me into a direction that would cost more and possibly not be as effective. He is very intelligent and great at what he does. His whole team of staff including Kristina at the front desk are so helpful and go above and beyond to make being a patient simple and worry-free. With the help of physical therapy, Dr. Barlam is getting me back to living life! I cannot express my gratitude enough. Great team.
