The front office staff has no clue what's going on and they are bad at their jobs. It is extremely difficult dealing with them due to their ineptitude. I've had to call the office at least 12 times in order to set an appointment, pick up my orthotics and have them modified.
Front office issues that I can remember (i'm sure there are more): F.O. made me wait for over 45 minutes (i arrived 5 mins early) as they let several others in before me F.O. told me that my orthotics would be free under my insurance, but I should call back in a couple days to ensure that what they told me wasn't incorrect F.O. transferred me back and forth several times between the two offices to check on the status of my orthotics once they were ordered. F.O. had my birth date wrong and pretended to know who I was and give me false reports as to whether my orthotics had arrived. F.O. did not call me when my orthotics had arrived... I had to call the F.O. to find out Despite being told the week before by the F.O. and the Dr. to bring in my orthotics to have them modified, the F.O was confused when I brought them in and had no idea what to do with them F.O told me it would be 5 days until I received my orthotics. Then 8, then 14 on each subsequent call. (they make you call them to get a status)
So frustrating to deal with this office. I'll be glad when it's done
