Leo Teplitsky and his crew are awesome!! I have now used Advanced Funding Solutions 4 times and have been put at ease with the level of communication I have from them every step of the way. They are not in the business of keeping secrets, they let you know what to expect and when to expect it. I have referred many people to them over the years and everyone has had great things to say about them. I love Advanced Funding Solutions!!!!!!

As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly nervous about the home buying process. With Leo Teplitsky and the rest of the Advanced Funding Solutions, I really didn't need to be. Not only were they lovely and patient in explaining the process to me, they really went above and beyond. They called the seller's agent when I put in an offer to assure her that my loan would come through. Leo even called me himself just before closing to reassure me that all would be well. This team even got me to the closing table early. As first time home buyers, Leo took the time to explain everything to us in great detail and was patient with all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make himself available throughout the process and far exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend Leo and Advanced Funding Solutions highly enough!!
