We contacted Advanced IPM since we have a rat living in the garage. They came out and inspected the property and suggested some upgrades. They quoted us to get some vents replaced, proper dryer vent installed and were going to repair a hole behind the washer. Unfortunately, the person who quoted us the work had to take a medical leave, so they sent another worker instead. See the pictures with the work that was performed. Dryer cannot be connected to the vent since there is not pipe, but mesh instead. There is also a pipe running through the same hole of the dryer vent. Vent was not installed straight, and it damaged the stucco. The vents around the house were not replaced, but some mesh was installed with some random screws. Stucco was damaged there as well. Contacted the person who quoted this work and showed him the pictures. He told me that the incorrect mesh was used as well, and it was all going to be corrected. A week later we had no response, but we received the invoice. We contacted the office, but so far no response. They might be good at killing bugs, but don't have this company do any work around your house. In the mean time, the rat still has a great time in the garage and will just head to the home depot to get a trap instead.
Update Manager from the Fresno office contacted me after reading this review. They sent a tech out who corrected mesh and connected the dryer vent correctly. The tech was supposed to come back to touch up the stucco, but that is the least of my worries. At least the rats are gone.
