I purchased garage doors through Home Depot who use Advanced Overhead Doors for all installs for the Richland store. They came out and removed all old hardware and doors and began to install new doors when they realized they had ordered the wrong size doors. The owner Tom was called out and apologized profusely and informed me they would put a rush order in for the new doors and would immediately install them when received. He assured me it would take one to two weeks at most. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called and spoke with Rachel who informed me the doors were going to take an additional two weeks. Two more weeks went by so I called again and spoke with Corey who informed me the doors were not on that week's order, but he would check the manifest for the following week and get back with me. Two more weeks went by with no call, so I called again and spoke with Rachel who I formed me the doors were not in. I then decided to call Home Depot. They contacted Advanced Overhead Doors who gave them the run around, so they called Clopay only to find out Advanced Overhead Doors had never reordered the doors. In my opinion Advanced Overhead Doors is an extremely dishonest company. Beware of doing business with Tom and Advanced Overhead Doors.
