We purchased a house built in 1910 so we wanted to make sure all was under control. Chelsie conducted a full inspection and put us on a program to keep all the critters out. Very happy with Chelsie's excellent and professional service. Highly recommend this company.

After several friends recommended this company, we had them out to bug bomb and spray around our house. Since they preformed the service there have been as many if not more bugs inside. After repeated calls they informed is that it takes time for it to work. After the latest call, they told us we would be charged again since three months had past. Use this company if you want to throw away your money.

If I could rate this a zero I would! I never write bad reviews but I believe the public should know about this company before they consider them. They claim they guarantee that they can get rid of carpenter ants. After almost a month, still had them and so technician would be out on a Saturday to spray when we tore off the exterior wall. They never showed and since it was not during the work week, their phones were turned off. When I called the next week to try to figure out when they will actually show up, the receptionist was incredibly rude and blamed me and then hung up. They did not send a bill until 3 months later with a note saying they're sending it to collections. Again, try to talk to them because we still had problems with bugs and the person that answered the phone was, again, incredibly rude, refused to listen to anything I said, and hung up on me again. I have to pay almost $400 for none of the services they guaranteed and additional $100 for us to kill the ants they claim they did.
