I'd give 5 stars but a few times I've been in to pay cash for my unit and one specific customer service representitive has repeatidly stated (loudly, I might add) in front of other customers that my credit card on file had been declined when the automatic payment was attempted. I'm aware of this and have never been late on my payment, I just choose to pay cash in the meantime due to my financial situation.
My financial business is mine and mine alone and I don't appreciate her attempt to shame me in front of others. It's unproffessional. Period.
Again, I pay my bill on time (automatic payments are often processed before the units due date).
On a positive note, the facility is very clean and access is above standards.
