This company was hired by our HOA to trim our trees for our condo complex.

The company was trimming our mature tree which contained a large heron nest with eggs. These herons have been nesting for the past month. The nest was about 2ft by 2ft in size. Yet the tree trimmer cut the branch down and killed the nest and eggs.

Researching online is a clear violation of federal law. What is even more upsetting is how can a company which specializes in tree trimming just murder a birds nest without any hesitation and ignore federal law?
