I'd like to take a moment to give a great big shout out to Dr. Jennifer Lynn and her techs, Katie and Beth, with Advanced Veterinary Dentistry in Pasadena for taking such good care of our pups, Jack and Annie!
Checking in for their cleaning was quick, efficient, and thorough. Communication after dropping them off was excellent. I received several calls throughout the morning keeping me apprised of their progress. And check out was also very thorough. Dr. Lynn showed me the x-rays for both, discussed problem areas and where they looked really good. We also talked about their aftercare and at home maintenance in detail. I was also given a very nice printed summary of Dr. Lynn's findings including photos from before and after their cleaning.
If your pet needs dental care and you're looking for a specialist, look no further than Dr. Lynn! Yes, it costs a bit more to see a specialist, but the return on investment is well worth it.
