A/C Technician CJ was great to work with. Evelyn in the Buena Park office has communicated very well every step of the process. I am glad that I decided to do a semi-annual service because CJ found where my B Vent was dislodged when I had my new roof put on. The B Vent is an exhaust tube from the furnace through the roof to the outside. Next winter it would have been blowing carbon monoxide (CO) into my attic which could be very dangerous. Now it is fixed and what a relief that it was caught on time. I purchased and recommend the annual membership which includes 2 maintenance visits within a year. I put a reminder in my calendar but they say that they will call and remind me as well.
