The moment we spoke with Frank we new we were in good hands. We asked for a quote, which he gave during that first phone call. We added a few items and those items were taken care of and the price adjustments were reasonable and easily agreed to. The staff that came to do the work were professional and respectful. They did their job, left the place clean and managed work around us because we were working from home. We recently replaced our gas furnace with a new Trane heat pump. Advantage Heating was great to work with. We got a great price on the system and installation, and they finished the install in one day. We're also keeping the house warmer this winter and spending a lot less for PG&E than we did with the gas furnace.

I am very pleased with the new Trane A/C and Heating system that was installed by "Advantage Heating and Sheet Metal, Inc." The sales rep, Frank, was extremely responsive and provided top-notch service and timely installation scheduling. The installers, Armando and Joey, managed to get the new system installed in one day. Everything is working beautifully, especially with this latest heat wave. I couldn't ask for a better team of people to work with!
