Very good experience with oxygen and basic concentrator. Ridiculously bad experience trying to get ongoing CPAP support.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there is no selection for ZERO stars. The absolute worst customer service for the last 2 years since the Respiratory Therapist retired. Unbelievable!

Dave helped me with the whole process of getting an oxygen unit for my elderly mother who was struggling with low oxygen saturation. Dave and his helper were very knowledgeable and taught me how to use the oxygen concentrator and helped me load everything into my car.
