Service Technician Matt was awesome! He was friendly, polite and professional. Only took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue(s) with our quite old furnace and get her running again. Also gave us free quotes on replacement parts and estimate on replacing our old furnace with a newer more efficient one! Thanks Matt. I highly recommend these guys for any fast and reliable repairs.

We had a great experience with A&E. The initial consultation was fast and informative. We ended up needing a new gas furnace. They were able to send technicians out the next day and replaced the furnace in less than one day. Mike, Greg, and Nick were really nice and answered all of our questions during the install. I would recommend A&E every time.

Matt and Carson helped troubleshoot and repair my heat pump which had not been working during a recent cold snap here in Portland. They were knowledgeable and efficiently got to the root of the problem. We’re good communicators and friendly with my rescue dog. Would recommend!
