We had to move out early because I was relocated for a job. We tried to do a lease takeover and ended up getting screwed anyway. We should have left that shithole when we wanted since he screwed us anyway after we bent over backwards to find someone else to move in when we left. Watch out, he seems like a nice guy until he can abuse you.
