They did not want to exchange a brand new shirt because they were sure it washed, why would I wash something I clearly wanted to return. It was an inappropriate assumption that should not have to happen with a paying customer.

Didn't know who the employees were. Terrible front end service. The lady ringing everyone up was grumpy as all get out. Store was in disarray.... Not a good experience at all!

I think the managers name is liana or something like that. If Aeropostale appreciates their customers they would hire a new manager. Aeropostale advertise extended holiday return and the manager would not honor it even though it's on their receipt and on their website. This to me sounds like a lawsuit. Not honoring something that you clearly advertise. If Aeropostale wants to make amends please feel free to reach out. Unacceptable!!
