Avoid this store if at all possible. Their customer service sucks. There were several people in line and only one cashier. The other cashier was just walking around the store looking at everyone. Their return policies are very shady and very deceptive. My daughter tried on a pair of shoes, never wore them and the shoes didn't fit. I tried to return them and was told that because they were already worn they would not take them back. So, I asked them if I "tried" on a pair of shoes does that mean that the shoes had been "worn"? The cashier didn't have an answer. So, to sum it all up, NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Buyer beware!!!

I went there to try and use the spend 40$ get 10$ cash card, the employee who gave it to me 6 weeks ago (and I had to remind her to give it to me) didn't say anything about it expiring so I thought it was like a gift card you could use at anytime. So the woman today told me it was expired and was rude when I asked her questions about anything. I asked her if I should have used it last time and she said no because I had to spend 40$ to get it and then 40$ to use it... So you have to spend 80$ to get 10$ off?! What a "deal". They also have a 60% off entire store sale going. So I tried to get buy 1 get 2 free on the graphic tee's with 60% off because they had a sign in the graghpic tee's that said "60% off entire store". I also grabbed another shirt from a different section that was also next to a 60% off sign. So after I find out the cash crad doesn't work she tells me the shirts are not on sale because they are part of a deal... They shouldn't count though because those shirts have the buy 1 get 2 free going constantly! Therefore it shouldn't be a deal because they have been buy 1 get 2 free for years. So I then asked about this other shirt that wasn't with the graphic tee's and she told me that it was also a "deal".... So what is on sale if everything is a deal??!!! To me it's like false advertising and I'm writing this because I think it's bad marketing. I love their clothing but the service was not good, and the polices retarded.
