Every time I call these people are at lunch. Lunch is apparently from 11am to 1:30pm. Never heard of a lunchtime like that before but even if I call before after you can’t get a hold of a live person who can help you, you will just get transferred to every single line on their directories and get their voicemail, but no answer. Don’t waste your time inquiring here . I’ve been doing this with them for about a month or more and still no call back, no answer, no email response, nothing.
