Do not stand by their work. Larry and Ken refused to correct poor workmanship on a tile floor. Several of the tile joints are uneven and do not line up. Ken stated the property is "only a rental." Ken went on a rant after he refused to correct the floor and threatened to put a lien on my property. I asked him to leave three times and finally stated I was calling 911 if he did not leave as his behavior made me uncomfortable. They even rinsed construction materials down my kitchen sink into my septic system after we specifically asked them not to do that. They left construction debris in my front yard that they did not clean up and put construction waste in my trash bins instead of hauling it away. I will have to clean up the mess left in my yard after the snow melts. We paid $3000.00 for this job. We got threatened, received poor workmanship, and have a mess to clean up. We used this business as we wanted to support a local Hood River business. Go to Lowes or Home Depot instead or watch a YouTube video and do it yourself.
