Will never trust this company or Marco Hoffman with any of our furniture again. Overpriced, grand promises, and no follow through! He kept our table for over a month before starting it. While we thought it was completed after the month, he hurried and started it the day before we came to pick it up, rushed through the process, and didn't wait between applications. When we finally picked it up, the finish had already started to bubble before we brought it home. We returned it the same day, with many poor excuses on Marco's part. 10 days later and two extra trips to pick it up with no work having been completed, we finally picked it up today to find the drawer no longer closes. More promises to fix the drawer, but told us he doesn't do repairs and he doesn't promise perfection. Now we have a table that we have no idea how good the finish is and a drawer that doesn't close. One star is too many, but couldn't publish this without putting something!

Our journey with Affordable Furniture Repair and Refinish did have a slight hiccup. Leading up to picking up a chair that had been broken in multiple places, Marco’s cell phones were hacked, making communication a bit of a challenge. However, once we met in person, everything was swiftly resolved. Marco has always been exceptionally quick to respond and an excellent communicator.
I genuinely hope that Marco gets his issues with hackers resolved, and these culprits are brought to justice. He deserves to work without any interference.
