Had three extractions done here on referral and had a very mixed experience.
PROs: Kind staff in person, awesome office for anxious people or children, appointment scheduled only two weeks out, procedure was incredibly quick.
CONs: Terrible phone communication (spec. answering/callbacks), Dr. Godbolt's insensitive commentary.
Among the things I was told by this dentist: "Anything is possible if you can pay for it," referring to the fact that I, a Medicaid patient on SSI, did not have coverage for full anesthesia but was experiencing high anxiety symptoms. "The tooth is already out I have no idea what your problem is," when I was still feeling sharp pain (apparently after the tooth was out, not that I had any way of knowing that).
The complete absence of compassion from him was mollified by the fact that the dental assistant was genuine & considerate. If I do ever go back to this facility, I will request a different dentist outright.
