Prior to purchasing a home with a gunite pool this past fall, I wanted someone in the pool field to do an inspection for me. I was told by the seller the pool had a leak, but I wanted to know more. Numerous calls to businesses in the field were met with unreturned phone calls, or "we don't do that kind of thing", or "we're too busy." But Bill Reed of Affordable Pools was willing to do the inspection for me. We ended up purchasing the house, and we had Bill and his crew do the repair work. They had to jackhammer the concrete deck to fix the leaks. They repaired the leaks, poured new decking, installed a heat pump and new sand filter, and replastered the pool. They took a tired, old leaky pool and made it new again - all ahead of schedule and within the budget. Bill told us we'd have "an awesome pool", and he was right. We appreciated his personalized service and professional demeanor (He came over on a Sunday to start up the equipment and give the pool a brushing). I can't imagine not having Bill and his Affordable Pools crew work on our pool. They're awesome!

8 yrs after pool installed tiles are falling off. Have been falling off for 2 yrs. Called Bill Reed proprietor tell him of titles problem, ask him to call me so I could talk with him about titles on Aug 13 2020. Today is Dec. 7th 2020. Has never called me back. Had another pool man here, said all the title will come off and need to be replaced. See photo for tiles falling off, and pool cover not fitting properly. Not cover fitting on one side of pool, not on other side. Will need to be replaced again. Was replaced 3 yrs ago by Bill owner if Affordable Pools.
