First of all I don't know what this means with quotes from The Establishment saying they try very hard to be polite and whatnot. I thought this was supposed to be reviews experienced by the person or persons that are posting the review. But I will say they advertise that they're open till 5:00 but really if you get there 2 seconds after 4:30 they will not let you dump all of which takes at least takes me about 5 minutes. And you will get no sympathy if you are not informed that when calling earlier in the day and letting them know that you are not informed that and just a smug too bad. I was going to store a couple of RVs there, most definitely that will not be happening.

Paid for the year to save same money. Canceled ahead of time, per their policy to get a refund for the last two months as we are leaving for Arizona. The lady said that rule doesn't apply to me. And they have rented my spot. So, double dipping and greed at its finest. Go anywhere else! Shame on you, not affordable!

Dee the office manager is very sweet and helpful. Always willing to help and go out of her way for you. Facility had a dump station for use to public for $20. Good price on storage and dump is free if you rent there.
