I had a unit at Affordable Self-Storage for almost a year and a half. I was living in a different state, and when I was finally able to get back to my stuff, it was safe and sound. The facility is managed well and the people that I dealt with were very helpful. Rent did go up, but it's gone up everywhere and they are still, as their name says, Affordable.

I have not used this storage facility for twenty years but they were good then and since rhey are still here so that is a good sign. They were clean and competent.They were also affordable and fair.

It's a decent location but I feel that for the many security measures they have in place, they should be more strict on enforcing the rules within their facility (regardless of housing situations or income) I pay $75/month for a 5x5 storage unit. While I appreciate the efforts of Affordable Self Storage staff members to contribute to assisting individuals that are between housing, I do not agree with their lack of following the rules stated in the rental agreement and those posted within the storage facility hallways.
