EDIT: In response to response from the owner, I am going to assume he has me confused with someone else because the situation he described was not my situation. They should take responsibility for their actions and stop trying to blame people for stuff they did not do. The employee was extremely rude. The service was non existant as i had to call another company because the driver was so awful. Save your money and use a different company.

Horrible service. Driver was very rude and talked to me very badly. Found out later from another employee he is the owners son. No wonder he gets away with treating customers like that. Ended up using Vics tow service instead & they did a fantastice job with great service at a MUCH better price. I am also telling my insurance about this company so hopefully they can be taken off the roadside assistance list.
