they thought we where trying to steal stuff. they looked tired it was right before closing but was very rude and unprofessional so I will never go to this ace hardware ever again. but there's always the chance the 2 people working had a bad day or problems with other customers before closing so ill give them a second chance before completely downgrading the rating

Posted 50% off Xmas items and failed to tell customers the shelf price had already been Discounted. Very missleading
Hate stores when they miss lead you. Manager said he cannot change pricing from what's in the computer.

Walked in and some guy Juan was at the register. No smiles and rude . Seemed to be having a bad day. Honestly keep it away from the customers. Must not be trained in customer service. Felt like he didn't want nobody there . Been coming here for years. Next time I think I will just leave if I see him on the register.
