I had used them for general cleaning in my house. After Michael was finished, I checked to see his work only to find out that the areas I specifically asked to be cleaned were not cleaned at all. You can still see the crumbs/dirt on the floor and counter top like they haven’t been touched at all. When I asked him to clean them, he only cleaned the ones I pointed out and acted as if he just missed it when it’s so obvious he didn’t even clean everything. He also used the same rug to clean the counter top and the floor like it was something normal to do. A lot of areas on the floor were soaking wet. I’ve never seen my floor cleaned like that before. Just because it’s wet doesn’t mean it’s clean. You have to scrub them with a mop. It literally just looks like he poured water to the floor and I could still see the dirt on the tile. Very frustrating to have to pay twice as much as I normally would for cleaning just because I trusted all these 5-star reviews. I don’t usually leave reviews but I think they need to reevaluate their quality of service because they definitely don’t deserve 5-star reviews.
