The staff have always been incredibly helpful whenever I've popped in. Whether I'm looking for hooks or specific tools, there is always someone who can guide you. The store front is neat and clean, and while they may not have a huge collection like a big box store - they can special order things in if you have the time to wait. The prices are also comparable to the big stores - at least not more than the cost of gas to go into town.

ACE is NOT The Place. Just left Ace empty handed when i tried to buy 2x $2.99 rolls of packing tape. I was told by the 12-13yr old maning the till that it would be $42. I advised price on shelf $2.99 so please have a look. She refused and also would not call anyone saying, "That's the price". I don't blame her, but the owners for placing a totally untrained person in a client facing position. What a waste of my time, I will never be back!
