Was very impressed with Tia on this Sunday a holiday weekend no less. Been dealing with breakdowns for 20 years and have never had a smoother towing call. I am not one to leave reviews either but very well deserved 5 stars from J&R Hall. She had all our info and truck on the way within a 1 minute phone call. Very well done! Thank you Tia! Also excellent work on your drivers part!

Great towing company, we had Ben pick up our car and take us to the dealership, he was very friendly and kind during our time of crisis. Thank you for all the help! It’s good to have good people around when you need help
Update: getting your car out of the tow yard is more difficult than it needs to be, I arranged for a date to have the car moved to a repair shop, it was delayed because of weather, then after calling several times to confirm a new date it turns out they didn’t have a payment method from me/insurance which is why they haven’t moved the car yet, first I’m hearing of this after 3 weeks. After getting that sorted the invoice was including the additional storage days that were caused by the towing company. Will see if that gets updated to reflect agreed upon terms or not.
