I had a little laundry list of tasks and used the handy online scheduling to book the minimum two-hour window. Cole not only completed all the tasks within the window, but he even managed to run to Home Depot to get us a new door knob! He did great work, and I fully plan on hiring him again as things break down around the house!

We contacted Cole about replacing some concrete stairs in the front of our house. We agreed on a contract and I gave him a deposit but he never showed up on the day we had scheduled at the beginning of September.
I haven't been able to contact him through email or phone so I guess I am just going to lose my deposit. Hopefully he is still okay.

Acknowledging that we did get our refund and that everything got sorted out. Thanks for the refund and hope things are getting better.

We had service done with Cole through a referral. He was incredibly great to work with, thorough, and clean. His professionalism and desire to do things correctly as opposed to just getting it done and over with is hard to come by. He cleaned everything up, wore a mask at our request the whole time, helped explain what he was doing and why and moved the furniture back after he finished. We have their card now, and they will be our handyman of choice whenever we have a project we need help with. This is the type of service that makes you feel like paying someone for help is a worthwhile investment.
