Ten years ago I was fortunate to have survived a serious auto accident leaving me with a fused neck C3-T1, as well as two spinal lumbar hematoma injuries. Needless to say there was notable nerve damage and recovery has been limited and slow. Having been a patient of AFC during my sports active years I returned to see if there was a possibility of better progress. Dr. Jack has done that! His knowledge, understanding, experience, skill and guidance has helped me immensely. Recent treatment on my right shoulder has shown excellent results relieving a long term discomfort and pain. I recently had an incredible experience with Agoura Family Chiropractic and Dr. Jack. After training for a half marathon, I suddenly found myself unable to stand up straight and in excruciating pain just 5 days before the race. In desperation, I called Agoura Family Chiropractic and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Jack right away.

After just one session with Dr. Jack, I was amazed at the improvement in my condition. I was finally able to stand up without any pain, and over the course of a few more appointments, I went from speed walking to running and was ultimately able to participate in the half marathon and even achieve a personal record!
