The ownership has changed and so has the customer service. This used to be a reliable neighborhood store where they provided excellent customer service and guaranteed their products. Whenever I had a problem with my vape battery Evan or Adam would always be extremely helpful. Now I am told by the owner that they do not guarantee their product which now makes it an unreliable place to purchase vape products.
Yes, I did have a negative experience with the new ownership however that is not the reason for my review. The reason for my review is let those who vape know that this owner is no longer guaranteeing their vape products and seem to be unwilling to do exchanges. They will sell u something else for half price, but unwilling to replace batteries that are less than 2 days old. So buyer beware and purchase at your own risk.

9.21, i rediscovered this little shop... Still wonderful shop, nice cigar room with large selection to choose from, and helpful owner. 7 days a week. If you like cigar, go there!
