The price was good, I was in a hurry, & put all my life's belongings into the unit without examining the physical quality of the 2 doors' closures; I simply trusted the management that they were worthy of the few positive Reviews I read, & that my belongings would be fine when I returned. I left this Storage with one small carry-on suitcase, took a flight to Tennessee (very far away), to start looking for my next rental. I had no idea that it would be 2 years before I settled & was ready to go get my things out of Storage. 2 days ago, I opened the unit & was SHOCKED to see EVERYTHING had an EXTREMELY HEAVY LAYER OF DUST! My 83 yr old brother was with me, & pointed out on the floor: rusty nails were sticking out from where once upon a time they affixed a piece of floppy material to close the big gap between the bottom of the door & the floor - THAT was the reason for the layers of dust! My 2 fabric suitcases were damaged by the weather's free-flow into the unit; I had no thought that I needed to cover them tight with plastic before leaving. They were damaged NOT by "an Act of God," but by extreme negligence in the managers for their units... those nails should have been replaced & the wide opening CLOSED, BEFORE shown to the unwary public of me, not examining the missing door closure.

I recommend AGOURA Self Storage without reservation. They are nice, easy to deal with and honest. If ever I need storage space again in the future; they would be my first choice. I just vacated my space and everything was easy from the first time I showed up until the last. I like dealing with mom & pop shops and keeping locals businesses in business.
